Yeah. They learned ‘OH, Sugar Honey iced Tea no one really needs to print in this day and age. We’d better get our own employees back in the workplace in hopes others will think we are a leader in anything and do it too’
Learned that a highly geographically distributed virtual workforce worked fine during the pandemic, just like it worked before the pandemic.
Yes, they learned it’s not as easy to bully your employees when they are not in the office .
Probably not, but the reality is that people can work from home and be just as productive if not more so than being in the office.
Learned from their front line workers: if you don't pay your service techs you could get sued!
