Belk's corporate and store level management are in panic mode as employees are quitting daily and stores are drastically understaffed. Managers in some locations are also leaving, and some locations are running on one or two managers. People are running away from the disaster that Belk has become, all thanks to Don Hendricks and Lisa Harper.

No chicken little… the sky’s not falling.
It's not only great employees leaving It's our few remaining quality vendors. Chanel reps came in this morning and took various fragrances. It's coming to a quick end. My store is not the 125 stores corporate is focusing on. It's sad since our store in north Mississippi once was the one of the district's best performing stores.
