Do they think about growth at all? What is their vision of this company? It seems that all they have are short-term goals and excuses why things are not going well. They are never to blame for their moves, it is always our fault or the situation that was impossible to overcome. I am tired of such excuses and false hopes. Nothing will get better here. Working here is degrading.

273 we should all call in on the same day all 3 shifts. Then they would realize how much we are needed to produce their junk.
