3 part timers in my store quit Monday when their hours were cut by at least 10 each this week. Walked right out.
Because sales aren't where Marvin and friends want them to be. Lowe's is trying to beat last year's record profits. Marvin sold the investors on the fact that he is a genius and is actually the cause of Lowe's growth last year. We all know it was Covid fueled panic buying.
When Lowe's does well it's because of the brilliance of those in the executive suite. When Lowe's does bad they blame the associates (anyone who wears a red vest) for the poor results. Lowe's (Marvin) is greedy and wants a repeat of last years sales to show his plan of cutting, cutting, cutting is working. Only thing is it's not working and Lowe's is going to find out after all the hardworking associates have left.
Because s**t roll down hill and their only half way up.
