Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

They deserve the worst employees

The only good thing that happened to me in bbby was that I realized how much I could endure. Of course, I no longer want a job in which I will have to prove to myself how much multitasking and how much work I can handle. It's not worth it. I think that this company will have more and more problems to find serious people who will actually - work and get the job done.

My store has plenty of employees in each department that we never have to help out other departments. Your stores just need to hire more help.

Multitasking has been going on with BBB for awhile now-cross training. Nobody wears one hat. We are all working softside, hardside, replenishment, receiving, BOPIS, curbside pickup and other required positions within the store when needed.
Remember when we use to have store classes all together- question and answer. One was-who can do a beyond order, everyone. Who can print and present a registry- everyone.

You are on the right track. Those who drink the Kool-Aid end up the losers. It is all about the sizzle for the ones at the top of the food chain at BBBY. It is about American Greed at the Executive Level who claim they are inclusive. A narrative of lies exponentially
