I have a manager who depends on me quite a lot. It takes me 4-6 hours to complete the same volume of work that it takes others an entire shift to do. Yet there is this young guy who is always complaining to management that I’m just a “lazy” S-B yet I see him constantly BS’ing with other people rather than getting his work done on time. I’ve wanted to confront him about it but I was told to let it slide by management. Should I let it go or do I need to stand up for myself?

You do not really believe the OP do you? Every day this board gets less and less constructive and more and more of fake posts.
I see the one sitting in their basement complaining about all the posts is here again.
Almost every afternoon there is a farfetched post. Yup..sure you are a "workhorse"...yet someone is always complaining to management that you are lazy? Let us stop and analyze this post. IT IS INSANE!!
I think there is mote to this issue then what is written. Actually it does not make a lot of sense.
