After several years of closing union steam turbine factories and repair shops in the US, GE is now starting a non-union steam turbine shop in Kentucky. It's just outside of Cincinnati where GE has a strong union presence. Do you think this is just a coincidence? What is the future for the union in Schenectady?

Well, if it’s just left up to the local in Schenectady, like all other closed locals in all other cities, it wouldn’t be a surprise of no future.
The union is in shambles in Schenectady! I must of been one of the d-mb ones to come back to this chaos. It gets worse my the day. Ridding it out till the layoffs that are surely coming in 2021
