I've been working here for 4 years, I have experience in retail and it's clear to me that the job here can't be easy, but lately I can't stand multitasking anymore. I am as patient as I can be because the bills have to be paid. At the same time I'm looking for a new job and I didn't want to leave here until I got it, however, my patience is really running out and I would like to give a notice tomorrow. That’s how I feel, and I know I’m not the only one.

Found a new job after 4 years with Lowe's. Cannot believe how different life is now. Lowe's is seriously missing the boat on how they train and treat employees. My new company - which is just as large - is SO different (in a good way). If you are unhappy at Lowe's. there are options for you - just start looking on job boards and do your research.
Marv did me a favor by doing away with my job a couple years ago. Talking to the few friends that still work there everybody seems miserable. Everybody seems miserable anxious about their jobs and really pi**ed off. Get out as soon as you can. Try state employment site on line. Life is too short to work for people that don't appreciate you only the money that you make them
Me too! Over 14 yrs, top of specialist list for All the time! This is a different animal than the one we signed up for..... year's ago! That schedule??? multiple department coverage???? What they expect.
Marvin is getting just what he wanted same thing he did at JCPenney all the long-term Associates are leaving
If you’re heart is no longer in it, I’d get out. Thats what I did several years ago. Right now you can find another job under a rock. Don’t wait until the economy changes into a recession—then you WILL be stuck.
