In every company it is more or less clear that the company does not exist because of the employees. Here the problem is at a higher level. While other companies are squeezing people to meet the needs of those at the top, but also to achieve some business goals, at Xerox it seems to me that everything exists just because of their greed. I feel like I’m feeding a parasite.

This is true of every publicly traded company today, Xerox just happens to be further along in the process because it was seen as weak and private equity/activist investors identified it as a piñata to beat the cash out of. Unfortunately as labor today you have to chase the companies that flavor of the moment and catch one that’s fat and happy.
