I did it after the restructure, I had no desire to be a team lead and boy they was not happy! IMO coming from a hourly supervisor role it is stress free but BORING, your day so drag. Other OGP associate that never done anything else in the store week act as it's the most stressful job in the store but they don't have a clue.
