Thread regarding Belk layoffs

How are you dealing with stress?

I feel it before and during every single shift. Once I’m done I try to find different ways to decompress. I’ll take my dog for a walk, meditate, anything to get the cr-p out of my system. Sometimes it works - but most times it doesn’t. How does everyone else relieve stress?

I'm sorry to say that the only thing that ultimately helped my stress was to quit and find another job. It had gotten so bad that I was becoming a completely different person. I was isolated and miserable. It was so draining that all I would do when I wasn't working was hide out in my house.

When I worked there I was extremely tired all the time. I lost all interest in keeping up my home and I was very angry and moody. Since I left there I have been HAPPY, HAPPY !!!
