Lack of communication, lack of transparency, fostering a work environment that creates low morale and prompts major attrition, bad results and constant losses, using threats of layoffs as a management technique... please let me know what I missed (and I know there's plenty.)

Company has become infamous for ruining anything they touch
Xerox has ruined our core, once a flourishing profitable and fun family oriented G.I.S. Company. Those were the days, now it's about staying under radar and hoping every day I have a job.
