Successful companies such as Whole Foods disclose the title and pay of every single employee. Why not? Everyone should know exactly what every position pays, no? When will Chevron get there?

There was a proposal to color code badges by PSG.
MW will be too busy this year trying to bamboozle our large shareholders to give a cr@p about salary transparency. He’ll be begging and pleading all year just like DW at Exxon.
HiPots are consistent above average performers who have been flagged for rapid advancement to VP level.

What's a HiPot?
After the selection process was over, CVX posted for everyone to read who had a job and what that job was. It made morale take a dump because people were told to not bid for a job that was a promotion or might be a move. What they found out was that the HiPots were taken care of and the rest was kicked to the side of the road.

Most shocking would be the PSG 27-29, earning $500k-$1 million total remuneration including quite a few with no direct reports and merely advisory roles!
It would become more apparent that a lot of people get paid a lot of money to do very little.
It’s too hard to backstab and play favorites if they show all the cards.
