Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Some countries are having a HUGE Covid wave, while in the USA, we are taking off our masks

How is Cisco handling this delicate issues?

People are losing eyes, to black mold?

How dare you show the actual data to trumpists? They want to fall for their fake news scams and go around cancelling people and writing laws that restrict our rights.

Probably because they don't do anything. Texas is living, breathing proof of that. They haven't had a mask mandate for months and there is no mass outbreak like the media suggested would happen. And then other states followed suit. So tell me again why you think masks work?

I just did a Google search and found a site that is still reporting the daily #'s reported by the CDC. As of 19 hrs ago, here are the numbers from various counties in TX.

Num of cases in US: 33.3M. New cases since yesterday: +19,485
Num of cases in TX: 2.96M. New cases since yesterday: +3,098
Bexar County: 224K cases. New cases since yesterday: +1,186
Dallas County: 304K cases. New cases since yesterday: +253
El Paso County: 136K cases. New cases since yesterday: +28
Harris County: 401K cases. New cases since yesterday: +653
Tarrant County: 261K cases. New cases since yesterday: +97

If I can find this info in 2 min of Google searching, and you can't, then you have your head stuck in the sand. TX is responsible for better than 1/6th of the new cases in the entire US, but no, not wearing masks has nothing to do with that, huh?

How do I know masks work? I haven't caught COVID-19. I haven't caught the flu. My allergies are much better this year and last year by not breathing in all the pollen or other air born germs.

For me and my family, we'll continue to wear masks every flu and pollen season and keep our distance from people who are coughing and sneezing. We pretty much tried to keep away from people coughing and sneezing before COVID-19, so that's not really new. Beyond that, we're back to normal life other than possibly being more careful about hand washing.

If everyone followed the law, 1/6 wouldn't have happened. But apparently, the "follow the law" crowd don't think the rules apply to them.

And the US will soon follow suit, Feel Good Uncle Joe is only willing to talk about Chocolate Ice Cream to the oooohhs and ahhhs of a of the softball media while new covid numbers will be covered up to protect him. Notice how the 24/7 death counter that was up on the tube all of the time has now gone away since it has served its political purpose bet yet the deaths keep coming?

There is till a lot of people that are not vaccinated and now that the vaccinated thinks its safe the new wave of death is about to roll only you will not hear about it much as Uncle Joe will be picking out his new flavor of the week to share with the ooohs and aaahs of his complicit gaggle that follows him around.

The US doesn't follow US laws. If we did there would be no border crisis. There would be no cities refusing to follow federal immigration laws. Criminals would be arrested and prosecuted according to law. Anarchists and racist/marxist groups would not be allowed to burn, loot, and mu---r. Companies like cisco that contribute $ to one of those toxic groups would be help responsible for supporting them. Yep, just follow the law......
