Need to clean house by firing all VP’s and managers then hire new ones based on their technical and management experience.

Few more additional points to the job description:

  • start and end conversations saying “I appreciate you”
  • use all ideas from advisors and the few smart employees left and putting their own personal label
  • be ready to jump on whatever random BS request from their VP
  • buy cheap disgusting pizza once per month to keep their semi-obese employees happy
  • delete and block your number from their phone within 30 minutes of your lay-off notification from HR

Easy 500k all in. Take all the generous PTO. Go to meetings most the week. Hop on a meeting, say a few things obvious. Good gig if your in the club !
