US here. I've been offered a role with Kyndryl. I have to raise my hand and say I'm interested by tomorrow end of day in order to get an offer next week.
What's the rush? July 1 deadline to get everyone resettled and off IBM books.
So, what are the odds that this will be another Lenovo play - spin off stuffed with former IBMers who then get laid off within x amount of time?

What happens if you don't select "Confirm" by end-of-day today? Do they separate you as "Voluntary Resignation" on July 1st ... or earlier?
I'm in the US and received my Kyndryl Transfer Offer/Letter this afternoon. Once we select "Confirm", will we then receive a separate Kyndryl Offer Letter that fully details all necessary specifics (salary, job title, role, etc.)?

The Lenovo play was good for the guys who were close to leaving anyway They got a one year bride pay wise, and Heathcare for two
