After being let go at 51 with 25 years of service, I am ready to use my Proxy vote to shake things up on the board! I wonder how many other disgruntled (former and current) employees will be opposing the company’s position. Time for the change!

You bet I voted!! White card 100%!
I retired on 2/1/21 with over 30 years of service, and I never received anything regarding this year's annual meeting. Smh.
Yep - used the White Proxy to vote against every Board recommendation and for all of the proposals the Board was against. I haven't voted for a few years, thinking the my vote doesn't really affect everything - but seeing how DW and the chumps on the Board have made a mess of everything over the last couple of years, I thought "What the heck ..." and threw in my votes. I dearly wish that there was a vote to throw out DW or at least put him in the situation where he has to fall on his sword.
Did anyone else have to enter the meeting as a "guest", because logging in with your control number didn't work ? That hour-long recess (vote harvesting and counting) was really strange.
I voted EngineNo1 after hearing of the $35M proxy campaign spend. Talk about a mid-use of capital! And DW would have done better making a compelling plea to his employees through Zoom. “I hear ya. We made some bad choices. We are going to do better…just help us do it on our terms.” 3 sentences and we could have put that $35M toward making money instead of email spam.
Oh, and further more…. $35million of anti-Engine advertising by ExxonMobil, and what did the average employee see? A couple junk emails? It would almost serve EM right to lose by the Mom&Pop vote. It’s a clear demonstration of how top leadership are mis-reading their market. There could be no better irony.
@1qhy - Bet you don’t vote for the president either.
I think employees and former employees own this vote. Re-listen to the DW employee forum Q&A. DW essentially says, at one point, that we don’t need to worry about the decisions of the board. Is he naive? Or just doesn’t want to remind us of our collective voting power?
In an article today….
“Engine No. 1 has momentum, but it still faces an uphill fight. Nearly half of Exxon Mobil’s shares are held by mom-and-pop investors, a group that tends to vote with management if they vote at all. By comparison, the 20 biggest shareholders combined, including the state of California and Legal & General, hold only 35 percent of the vote.”
If you have shares in savings plan you should have received documents. Listening right now to virtual meeting.
Always fun to see employees think their few thousand shares will make a difference when compared to the tens of millions owned by institutional investors.
You are empowered to vote! #makeachangeelseaSTFU
Imagine owning shares of XOM....
I’m on the fence... that White picket fence!
Yes, I have voted for change. Too many of the board have been asleep and allowed the degradation of a once fine company
I own shares in an ETF…only individual stock owners allowed?
I am so disappointed how this company has been led.
I’m voting for deez nutz
If you own shares then you got your voting material and how to enter the virtual meeting tomorrow.
I’m curious if they would let us into the shareholders meeting?
