Who all is getting the Verint spyware, where they are going to track every click you make, every screen you go on and if you are idle for longer than they think you should be you have to explain and possibly get written up! Again, as always, SF punishing EVERYONE instead of addressing the people that need addressing!

also i notice when they are tracking me because the PC starts spinning up like a jet engine, slows down as if it were a i486
also network speeds slow like dial up
because verint screen recording takes all of the CPU time and all the Network bandwidth
hel yes its noticeable , hel my call audio becomes all static when they are recording on top of the lag i get on the PC and the delays due to bandwidth use
it slows my actual job down
so dont assume.

No , i dont abuse any system so stop assuming because when you do you make an a*s out of you and you only....
they are literally sitting watching your screen as some sort of form of entertainment then constantly pushing you to go faster, they might as well have a whipp because its abusive.

i am telling you they just sit there with nothing to do but just micro manage and being able to see it in real time just gives them more entertainment
I think people over react a lot on this board. Most WFH set ups have monitoring, SF has been tracking you on your work PC since before WFH, you might not have known it.
I have found most horror stories about tracking, or "you have 1min for a bathroom break" comes from people who abuse the system. I knew people on the floor back in office that would go to the bathroom, enter a stall, and talk on the phone for 20min. I have seen managers follow people like that into the bathroom to check if using phones or actually bathroom break time.
Most workers wont notice the tracking, because they work during work. I think they are ok with you being human, just not with people who abuse the system.
Dude, they have been tracking every keystroke we make for 20 years, you realize you give them permission to do so every day when you sign on, right?
You do realize that virtually every site you visit tracks your activity right? When you get that “cookies” question you are agreeing to being tracked. Sf would be in a cast of thousands......
Just wait til they go after potential customers and customers with the “personalized” experiment and marketing cr—p by tracking and analyzing and spying on their web activity , behaviors our and loc, device and push cr—p.
Sway their buying decisions and grab their data. Them slam them & trigger personalized incentives or more deceitful cr—p and ads. Target employees. Target. customers =personalization

They have always been able to track every click and every screen. I was involved in a DOI audit in 1989 and the executive office discovered some auditor irregularities by examining what he was doing on a SF desk top. If you use SF equipment of any kind it can be monitored. Applies to agents as well.
No, this is new... they do track certain things, always have but, They just installed this new program with the verint system.. so, every click you make they will know! This is not what they have been doing... we were just told.... so, hopefully you will be told if you department is doing it too... I’m sure it will be just claims as always...
This has BEEN happening. Not only Verint, but they can tape phone calls, give you a review on it. Just do the job they pay you to do and you will be fine.

if i am going to take a s*ht it will take as long as it takes, even at the buildings it took a solid minute to even get to the bathroom stalls but now suddenly because verint tracks it i cant take a dump anymore?
we are not freaking machines we are human, i will take a dump with no rush , i will take a minute or 2 every hours to stand up and stretch verint be dammed, I am not a machine I am human
