New hires don’t get why long time employees no longer have loyalty towards BBB - especially in the last few years. To them this is the norm and they haven’t experienced how much better it was years ago. If they did, they wouldn’t be sitting on their high horses defending this cr---y company. That’s basically all I see them and management doing. They think BBB is the cream of the crop. If they only knew.

The newbies are part of the new world of retail. This is the way it is now. Part time, open availability, understaffed, and no benefits. Unfortunately, you need to adjust or find another career. I did.
