Claim Supervisor doesn't get myshare bonus anymore

Have any claim supervisor's been told anything about the Myshare bonus? My store qualified for a $700 bonus but I didn't get one. My PL said claim supervisor doesn't get one anymore. WTF!!! They have really srewd us over this past year. No big raise like team leads, only got 2% annual raise because everyone is locked into a 2% due to all of the wage increases this past few months. Now no myshare either! This company scks azz!!

There is a pilot program here in Texas, region 6, that eliminates the claim supervisor and they are creating an ap team lead. If you are a claim supervisor, be prepared. Even if this pilot doesn't work, they will still roll it out and sc--w up everything just to save some money.

The Claims Supervisor job is not as hidden as it was before. Increasing and unrealistic expectations, such as working with bare bone staffing, stores making up that "Claims Supervisors also are the DSD supervisors", stores continuing to pull people away from DSD and Claims messing up process, and this YEARLY bonus structure is complete A-S.

The work load does not match the wages paid to Claims Associates and the Supervisor. I'm a Claims Supervisor and what was once an organized operation is now a hot mess. I walk into the store everyday wondering what today will bring. Between our MAPM just coming in and riling everyone up, to my team being pulled to work the salesfloor and cover breaks for the front end..ENOUGH is ENOUGH. Funny part is that the structure calls for Claims to do 30 percent Claims work. The other 70 percent is team asssociates and team leads. We are supposed to be only doing Return Center Claims and Clearance. This is not possible because the Team Leads still dump all their claims to us.

Claims Supervisor and team leads gets a yearly bonus, similarly to salaried managers. This was all explained in the briefing that was on the wire in October. It is also in the Myshare guide for this year.

I didn't get a raise in November. Pickup makes more than I do. We got invoicing and upc work, now have to be in DSD ALL THE DAMN TIME, and no big raise to compensate for the extra work and responsibility. Guess there is no reason to continue busting my azz ever day now.

The $1 raise that they gave claims and TLE supervisor back in November consisted of 25cents to account for the myshare is how they screwed us.
