Think of how much we would save if we got rid of the layers of management that are nothing but a burden. While we are closing stores and downsizing you won’t see upper management scaling down to fit the needs of the company. Any time cost cutting measure occur it’s always in areas that affect the working employees and it’s always the employees at the store level who end up suffering.

And subsequently, the store ends up suffering. I don’t actually care anymore, I just hate having to hear it from customers. It’s awful.
