Of course, this is illusory to expect. That’s impossible and for as long as I’ve been in this company, it’s never happened before that “leadership” takes responsibility for their bad moves. Someone noticed this well: there is always a problem with the employees or the problem is some employee benefit. If you haven't escaped from here yet, it's high time.
