Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

I want to look relaxed too

Why do I look like someone who is suffering from a severe form of depression, while most others seem to be living their dream at SF?
Of course some will look relaxed and full of life when they do almost nothing here, while I do twice as much work as I should. I have a feeling that the less you work, the better off you are here and the more successful you look. Hard work is only for the naive.

what happens when all the work horses leave and you have nothing but show horses left? This is state farms future at its current pace.

Right now the culture of SF is protect bad workers at any cost, which is usually the cost of your great workers.

I was told by a TM that moved back to Washington the following: “There are two kind of workers at State Farm. Show horses and work horses. You and I are not show horses. We have to work to get what we want.”

I tell people what rises to the top is not always the best, rather other things float -like hot air and sh!t that refuses to flush. In light of that, a company or anyone, can attract talent with either honey or Bravo Sierra.

I’m one of those people, I’ll be honest I also made the post about I’ll collect my unemployment and give it a ride.

If you know your rights as an employee, and especially your work. Chances are it’s going to be my manager, or whomever made that wrong calls head in the court of law, or unemployment’s services investigations.

You have your metrics right there in front of you, if they refuse to pay, well you have proof you kicked bu-t and deserve it.

It’s definitely not a fun process but SF pays for it, that’s why they’d rather just make you miserable up to the point of leaving.

Being happy and doing your job is back handing the company.

Haven't you learned they have more serious problems than others. Just like FB. Everyone shows how perfect of life they have when in reality they are miserable. Same holds true at SF at all levels.

Why do I look like someone who does not give a Fck? Oh yea, because I don’t.

Op perhaps you just look old and tired because well, you are old and tired. Wearing a mask may be a blessing for you.

OP - Please make sure to take care of your own well-being. I know it's hard, but try not to worry about other people's appearances. Some people are better at masking the negative emotions and issues they carry inside themselves. Always remember you are the one who is most important! The same goes for anyone else that reads this and may need the reminder. : )
