so how is lean going in Bangor?
IF you are referring to EE numbers, then Yes, things are pretty lean in that area.
Regards to production and inventory, that ship sailed a long time ago.
Are you happy now?
Bangoritis, do as little as possible but make it look like your a team playah.
The "Senior" Top Notch day shiftahs getting on that Gravy Train, milking it out for all it's worth during their time behind the control panel.
Then the "Slightly Off Center" night shiftys coming in to take over the garbage and multiple issues while being blamed for Not gettin the Job done,,, In Time !?!? Go figure.
Next day,,, wash & repeat.
So as the story unfolds, take it for what it's worth and,,,
Get Out While The Gettins' Good!
2drd+1b1FC3t5 So long t rates more out the door soon. Well how is this CA agreement working now? No more specific job titles they are going to merg old job codes with other job codes right next to each other 1 guy will be doing 3,4 jobs at once. Think it’s bad now just wait it’s going to get worse.
GE stands for Good Enough...ship it.
Lean is about doing more with less people for example in schdy they moved the racking area to directly behind the tape machines so the tapers can load the bars into the racks instead if the Rackers doing it, they wanna cut down the amount of people running the rebelmachines and presses.
Lean is the cancer of why there's no more quality.Right or wrong, move it along,if it ain't right, ship it at night.
Noooo, it's more like redirecting your resources so they are utilized more wisely. The only people who have a problem with it are those who know what they do isn't essential but keep trying to appear essential and are afraid that getting lean will expose them for being the nonessential they actually are. They fight everything until they have a retirement window, then they just don't care anymore because they got theirs.
Ahhh yes leannnn...how can we make your job easier so we can have you do more work...that's 95% of Lean..
