There may be a few employees who are looking to get out but don’t have a current resume, or don’t know how to make their resumes look attractive for our industry (or any other.) There are services that will help you with that or you can find resume templates online along with samples. The first step is to make others interested in your skills. Fluff up that resume if you need too. Good luck.

Thank you for constructive advice..but it is "if you need TO"..not too.
Just don't pi-p it up until you look like the Second Coming. A resume that is NOT you is very obvious.
