I’ve been working at my location for about 5 years. In that time most of the old timers were either laid off or quit. Everything at my store is chaotic and has been for a while now. I want to transfer but I’m not sure if it’s a good move to make. Has anyone transferred from one location to another and regret their decision? Or has it actually been a good one to make?

I just transferred to a new Walmart store it’s so much better then my old store. My old store is toxic. Crazy thing is the week I was to start I got a call from a job I applied for back in April because my old store was really screwing me with the new team scheduling. Accepted offer from other employer a lot more money. Feel bad putting in two weeks at new store but have to do what’s best for me. I would do a transfer you may luck out and get a better store.
All stores have issues.
