The lack of the leadership here is insane. The level one employees are the only people that believe the leaders are qualified for their jobs. I guess that's why we kept them and fired our experienced people. It's easier to stay in power if the people below you don't realize you don't know anything. People are trying to get out, but its hard when there are 100 applicants in the first day applying for the same job.

HR if you read this, stop protecting the leadership and start looking at what is best for the company and all employees. That is your job, right?

The correct statistic is that 96% of the CHK employees are none too bright white people with names out of the New Testament.
I’m a WASP, but just the same it seems like we have more than our share of “Karens.” It’s males mis controlling the “levers” but when you consider the nepotism and the eye candy, you quickly see a substantial number of women who should never have received a CHK paycheck. That lady Anna?
