People on this site often use the term “ worked to the bone” and describe their daily chores as extremely hard physical labor with a sprinkling of mental abuse...
Can someone please give a detailed example of this daily “torture session?” People are making it seem like they are chained to oars etc...
How can it be that a company can “yoke” an entire workforce like this...not trying to insult or be insensitive...please accept my apology if this post offends...I just would like specific examples of labor abuse ...thnx

I have worked for a competitor n we are trained as managers to drive employees hard and wait for the “push back” and then access the situation...
What I would recommend to you Walmart folk is to PUSH BACK be/ your leadership is probably waiting for it and if you don’t they think you have more in the tank yknow
Good luck to you people I like your stores n your service n no matter what I consider Walmart a fine American company ( I just hope they treat you guys proper)
Had to work garden shop loading mulch on multiple fridays because they refuse to schedule anyone to do it. I'm 71 years old.
When you get pulled by a manager to do their bidding before you finish another's bidding and it never stops.
Is this you H.O.?
come and work undercover in freight, stocking shelves, pushing carts etc for a couple of weeks you will know first hand.
One example was I locked out of the register because at six hour mark. Was told by front end coach you have to wait to go to lunch what am I going to tell the customers I have no one for customer service go sort carts. So was forced to sort returns until 1 when I got there at 7 and left at 4 to go home. No last break. They don not care or value employees.
