Things getting better?

I noticed during the last few weeks things seem to be getting better. I don’t know if it’s just my store but we are getting a bit more foot traffic, coworkers seem to be more engaged and more accepting of the changes that were implemented. The workload is still more than we’d all like, but no one seems to be complaining about it and management is actually pitching in where needed. Anyone else seeing a slight improvement?

If you mean it’s getting busier: yes

But everything else has gotten MUCH worse!! We have NO STAFF!! So the customer have gotten more rude and irritated. Now we look like we work at Lowe’s. Morale is the lowest I have EVER seen it and even management is flipping corporate the finger!!

So no. It’s not better. It’s just more annoying!

I was told i was maxed out a few years ago...I didn’t get a raise! I thought it was for everyone but apparently not.
Anyone else not get a raise?

I was just happy to get a raise after I was told I was tapped out, that for sure lightened my mood. I'm only here for a paycheck, everything else is whatever.
