Oh I agree 100%... stores look pretty bad. I left after being there over 2 decades because I didn't want to be a part of this cr-p fest. The single biggest mistake was getting rid of department managers.
Now, nobody has any cares for true ownership of any single dept. The stress level is maxed out. Schedule changes are making good workers flee... and they already don't follow them. Favoritism is rampant. I could easily post 50 different things but I'm sure that most who read here already know them.
Our tee time tomorrow is 10:45, weather permitting.
Next phase should be let go of the person that wanted this change and start reversing the structure. 20+ years I have never seen such a consistent mess in this store. I can walk by ever department and it's a downgrade from before. At this point I don't even see a upside.
