Start applying for jobs that fit your profile outside the energy sector. Heavy oil is shrinking and so is this company because of the layers of incompetent team leads and supervisors. I can't imagine these clowns running the company in few years. Also, consider upskilling via online resources like coursera etc. and aim for professional certifications, specializations to add more value to your profile. Keep applying.
