You want to see Xerox people go crazy , just mention the name Ursula Burns.
She’s a walking disaster.How she can be viewed as a leader is beyond belief..Ruined Xerox .
Is there a way to bet against this fund? I'd like to make some easy money.
Mean spirited witch who did not like anybody. Had major chip on her shoulder for the average worker ...

Would never touch anything associated with that woman. The year she decided that some of us made too much money and "right–sized" us, reducing salaries for low–mid level workers that were mostly barely keeping their heads above water and cutting many sales commissions by 10% across the board, was the same year she bought herself a $9,000,000 townhouse in NYC with her bonus. Like the rest of them, they produce nothing and take more than they deserve simply by cutting heads. She brought on ACS but never integrated the two companies and now we are left with Icahn and his hatchet man Visentin. Just no. If there is a H*ll, that woman is definitely going there for the tens of thousands of lives she ruined while enriching herself. There are strong, women/women of color leaders out there but she is not one of them except in her own mind.
If that was her best any company would be
crazy to put her at the controls.
Quite a befitting surname
Not only is she a business slayer but she decimated employee morale by:
- Halting all merit increases in 2009 to help finance the ACS acquisition (she even stated in a townhall, "we don't reward employees on merit any longer")
- She was the first to reduce the long standing 1.5 weeks severance for each yr of service in 2010
- RIGP vesting years was frozen in Dec of 2012 (although she continues to earn a 500K+ annual RIGP annuity from Xerox for life)
Read she earned a sizable "golden parachute" when it was clear Xerox could never recover from the havoc she wreaked. The vast majority of employees despised her for all the destruction she left in her wake. But Wall Street analysts and Politicians admired her because she was a minority female CEO that had noble intentions and tried the very best she could.
Now she can destroy more companies!!!
