I don't know if I get frustrated more by the fact than my superiors have always believed that, or if it bothers me more that employees are starting to accept that it is quite normal for an ordinary worker to be very replaceable.
I don’t feel interchangeable. I do my job conscientiously and to the best of my ability. This company can find someone who will come in my place, but it is unlikely that someone else will do the job as well as I do for that money and that they will dedicate themselves 200 percent to that job.
