I have never worked for a worse company. They treat their employees like cr–p. If you aren't part of the club people can bully you, steal from you, and even sc––w up your clearance. They pay for your education and look at you like you're crazy when you ask if you'll be getting an increase or an opportunity for a better position. They would rather see you leave than help you grow within the company, that is if you aren't part of the club. I despise this company and would suggest anyone who is considering applying to work for this company to go someplace else. The benefits are also selective with hardest workers forced to earn their PTO time while the overpaid, lazy slobs get unlimited PTO. This place is a joke.

It's a sign of the times. It's all about being politically correct. I live in a city where we have multiple police chiefs because one has to be the 'community liaison' and another has to be the 'diversity leader' and the third one is the 'tough on crime' front person.
Huge joke.
L3 will never again be awarded another program like Big Safari or the $400M Army contract they lost sometime ago. Worthless management has destroyed this company along with the HUGE payouts BB and CK are receiving. Think of any other company who has two Chairmen and two CEO's. Makes zero sense other than to make up for what CK didn't tell BB regarding 3rd qtr. Profitability.
Or just grow up. Play the game and carry on.
