Is it realistic to expect that Xerox can pay its employees better? I am not a financial expert, but it seems to me that a company could pay its employees better than it pays them. It is a shame how much some of us are paid for the work they ask to be done. I managed to find a new option and am leaving Xerox for a better paid job. Considering how underpaid I was here it was not difficult to find a job where I would be paid more.

Xerox has been on the cheap to their employees for the past 20 years ..
I worked 10 to 11 hours on average doing the job of 3 to 4 people. I only received an increase because of my new boss and it was a salary adjustment not a salary increase. Since then zero nothing. They have their favorites besides the Exec Suire elite who get increases every year, perks, etc. They only care about themselves and that's it. If every top level exec gave up their salary for 1 month of paychecks they could probably reform alot of things regarding benefits, salary increases, etc. But they won't because they only care about themselves. I learned this harsh reality years in and was disgusted at the greed and selfishness at the top. If you are smart look for a better paying job elsewhere because X is not the place for that.
Nope. Xerox has not been interested in paying for high caliber talent for years. Bargain talent Reps stay for 12–16 months and shop the experience elsewhere.
Odd question to ask while Xerox jobs are being outsourced to India.
Toronto...just a weeee bit further south down Yonge st.
Since you are posting on this anonymous board.. where do you find a job?
