Industry workplace schedule transition plans?

Has anyone heard about what the other companies are doing for a workplace schedule transition plan?

The Oxy plan is easy to convert to the ultimate schedule which is pre–covid 9/80, commuting every day except for the Friday off.

Marathon Oil is 3 days in the office with a 9/80. Mondays and Thursdays are mandatory in office days. Either Tuesday or Wednesday (one in office and one remote) and Fridays are WFH days. Confused yet? Oxy’s plan is pretty appealing and seems to be a nice balance.

CP Chem has had workers back at their offices in the woodlands since September.

P66 had a gradual transition back and are mostly full time now.

Apache is still mulling things over but initial plans state that they will come back to a part time / rotational situation to likely start in June.

BP is so used to working remote because of flooding and hurricane issues, I am not even sure they will ever be back to fully in the office.
