Monday and Friday always WFH, 9/80 remains, in–office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Good or bad?

Great decision in my opinion! Very happy I work for a company that considers its employees!
Good!
Eventually it should be back to pre–covid with no wfh option. In the meantime what is wrong with 4 days a week in the office, 1 day at home working, and 8 hours a day work. That gets your work from home. The 9/80 does make sense for long term unless you go back to pre–covid scheduling.
Person below didn’t read the email very well.
The fine print is that the Monday is working from home on the 9/80 Friday off week. It is work from office on the Friday on week. So in summary, it is 4 days in the office one week and 3 days in the office on the short week.
BP removed 9/80.
- June first is still too soon – someone is going to be spreading Covid and some might die.
- Should be 2 days on, 3 days off minimum, but is guess this is their way of trying to please everyone.
