I was scared to leave but in the end my wife helped me make the decision and accept a job offer that came with a lower pay but with what seemed like much better culture and work environment. That was two months ago. I have zero regrets. No money is worth the stress I felt every day I worked for PepsiCo. It’s not worth the abuse I had to take from my manager. I am finally happy again and I don’t dread going into work anymore. No regrets.
