Ridiculous what Marvin is getting. That money should be put into the stores to hire more help. They could hire 500 people so customers actually get help. Customers are leaving all the time.
People having been leaving left and right in my store for better jobs, more money and less strenuous work. If I got a 23 cent an hour raise I'd tell them to keep it and leave immediately. That's an insult.

Must be nice to be making close to half a million $ per week and 2x to 3x more in a day than the average store level employee makes in an entire year! I know, lets cut the store level payroll even more this year so he can make even more. After reading that article I really have to question whether or not this company's leaders can even remotely phantom what life is like on the totally opposite end of the spectrum and the living he-l they are creating for the rest of us.
Me too.. I will settle for a 25% raise. I'm not greedy
