Can a cap 1 associate get a severance pay
Wonder if cap 1 & 2 will go down to 1 tl since their teams are smaller? We have 1 for each but if it goes to 1 tl it would be like the rest of the tl where their schedule rotates between shifts
We only had 1 coach over both and now opd coach will be over cap 1
One of the coaches will have to go away then if they combine them.
All freight going to 3rd shift basically. Its going back to the way it used to be. Full circle.

I truly believe the Home Office throws darts at a dart board as to how to implement their idiotic ideas.
From what my mngr told our cap 1 and 2 people is that there will only be a cap team now. 3 shifts will be available. Some stores will have overnight cap as well as 4 to1 and 2 to 11. Some stores will have 4 to 1, 11 to 8, and 2 to 11. So they will all be called cap team. No more 1 or 2. We are a division 1 store. May be different for super centers.
So will they now be called cap 1 and a 1/2?
