It is true that Grass is always greener on the other side.
Any employee asking the above question or wondering if it make sense to jump ship to other company, my advise is "You have 50–50% chance to find out the new company, so what do you have to loose?"
full disclosure: I left the company last year. I asked for package but was rejected. The new company I joined may not be perfect, but for sure DO NOT have many 8ull–$h!t managers and employees.
Whats the current count of Cugnizant execs coming in? I know two more at least. RR (came in from a big 4 but is really ex-C), + 1 whose name I forget.
