Schedules

For the ones who didn’t accept Walmart’s offer on the new scheduling, how many hours did you get on the newest schedule? I’m full time and got 20.

i know a lot full time of people that are good worker. still they got less than 30 a week. it seems like the ones who are part times get 35 to 49 a week.

Wtf are you talking about?????? Really. Walmart is doing new scheduling which disregards peoples availability and if you do not take what is given to you even though you are not available those days and times you are going to be bumped down to part time and lose full time status. They knew what people could work when they hired them on but now that’s not good enough. So many are quitting and find another job. These are long term associates that have been with the company 10,15,20 years. It’s not right what Walmart is doing. Idk wtf you are even talking about. If we are such bad employees we wouldn’t of made it this long. This is a way for Walmart to just have part time and not pay benefits.

Unfortunately, even Walmart has to raise its notoriously low hiring and employment standards. It’s true, Walmart will hire even the lowest skilled workers, those that absolutely can not get a job anywhere else. But, this is a business after all, and in order to improve the effectiveness of store operations, the worst of the worst need to be gone. Just look around at your store. Those that are making an effort to be good associates will get their hours. If you call out a lot, are unreliable, don’t respect and follow management, and, walk around with a huge WOKE culture look on your face, you’ll probably be nudged out. “Oh, it’s too bad you can’t work the schedule we need.” This is a good lesson for kids thinking about dropping out of high school, or the ones that can’t wear their pants on their hips properly, or that can’t speak two sentences back to back that are clear, understandable and not filled with four letter words. Here’s the lesson for today: you will achieve and obtain what you deserve. If you are so bad that Walmart doesn’t even want you, that should be a pretty clear wake up call.

They want all full timers to quit so they no longer have to offer health benefits. They want everyone on obama care to save billions in the long run.
