We’re all being worked to de▯▯h with stores being understaffed and most of management just standing on the sidelines (at least in my location). We’re being pushed to our limit just to see if we’ll quit. Got to give a shout out to those who are hanging in there even though we know M is failing.

It’s all by design. They don’t want to give you severance so they make your job living h▯▯l and wear you out till you snap and quit. Quit but on your way out tell corporate how managers do nothing but stand around or never come back from lunch. You will be happier!
