Why are ET/digital POs and “leads” in systems acting like they need support staff. They are over staffed as it is and it’s clear the planning areas at Farm play along or just exploit and use certain folks while pretending. Must be the “leadership dev” planning and HR show. Told they are too important and “intelligent” or busy at Farm and need direct reports to “mentor”. Mind boggling
This is the real world. Paid way to much for what they actually do. A slap in the face to Managers and Analysts actually worked their b—tts off & those that got let go. Also to those that get paid a heck of a lot less and do c-ap jobs/tasks they don’t want to do & too important to do & then micromanage their “team” on time and tasks. It’s not reality or right and deceptive
It’s exhausting to watch the politics and not real business.
They let many folks go and treat several of the ones left like dummy’s and like high school students having to brown nose to the “coach” or teacher and act “agile”
Areas really need relooked are for staffing levels and roles
Most areas have people that can multi task and do not need “support” people to get the actual work done and know how to do things themselves. A lot of Divas and kings... too many
Exhausting bureaucracy. Why customers and hard working employees with real world experience get ripped...
