Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Xerox is Changing. Is what it is

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again... Company is moving away from direct to a privately owned dealership model. Margins are lower YOY in the industry and it’s the only way forward. I was Xerox, then GIS. I’ve been hurt hard in these changes, but after 20 years in the industry I get it. I don’t like Icahn anymore than anyone else, but I get and understand where this is going. If you don’t, you don’t know the industry. Either follow the steps or step away...

I hope this was in Jest, because Xerox went to GIS because they were profitable, then they burned every GIS bridge possible and are left with this. There is no private company, there is no gis, only Xerox global, which took every thing that was good and dismantled it, or sent it over seas.

Follow the steps to work for minimum wage as a temp contractor, get workload increased to the extent that you're doing the jobs of 2-3 employees for Canadian minimum wage?

This company is going places, are you going to join them? I suggest: Step away, step far away.
