No matter how invested some people are in their work and this company, professional and talented, one has to come to terms with the fact that good ideas are generally not welcome here.
I know a lot of people who had great ideas that weren’t valued at all, and it was those people who were the primary target for the layoffs. That is my personal impression. Still, maybe there is someone who thinks his good ideas are valued enough here?
