I thought it was bad when a VP was fired after directing employees to not perform TINA sweeps however his replacement, she's an even worse person without ant ethical standards whatsoever.

I worked at an L3H customer before becoming an L3H employee, so I heard all of the stories of just how unorganized and clueless they were, but so was the company that was their customer so I ignored this as a warning sign. Now that I've left the company, more and more things are clear to me. I've heard how people were promoted into their roles (and its pretty disgusting) not to mention all of the inside scandals connected with people who were let go. When I was asked to tell customers that we could not fulfill their purchase orders, that was the final straw for me. I was not going to spend each and every day telling them a new story just because L3H could not get their act together. Taking on the Sarasota business looked great for the balance sheets, but it really ruined the pace of what could ship out to customers who had placed orders over a year and were still waiting. Enough was enough, so I resigned.
