I’ve been reading the articles about our new branding campaign, the home happier campaign. There is good news as they say it focuses on the store as well as online. We should be getting more hours in the store to implement this and ensure customers can be happier about their visits. I for one and happy we are going back to our customer service roots!

The three biggest lies in retail:
- We love our employees.
- There’s always opportunities to professionally move up.
- The more sales we make, the more hours will be available to our associates.
More hours for hard side resets.
Basics, soft kitchen, table settings!
My store was a mess before. After MT it is still a mess but a smaller mess. I am starting to feel hopeful
Need to do something to get more customers into the door now
