Have any claim supervisor's been told they are going to a team lead and will have to work the team lead schedule?

No changes for claims this round. Keep hearing apasm , accm and claims supervisor positions will be eliminated but see no signs to support that.
Are they finally getting rid of the Apasm? That’s been rumored since 2019. Then the MAPM needs to go as well.
Is supervisor being eliminated and claims associate going under backroom tl or both going under backroom tl?
Claim Supervisors will be going under Backroom TL when AP ASMs are eliminated.
I seriously doubt they will make it a TL when some rumors showing it will go under backroom TL

Have not heard that but makes sense, well Walmart sense that is. They are the only supervisor in the store that works straight days and a fixed schedule.
