Can we get real??? Of course, she didn't quit lol. The severance packages E level employees get are amazing. She's smiling.
Xerox was her 9th or 10th job since the early 1990's, 1–2 years or so in almost every job, what does that tell you? She had gaps after other jobs which tells me she "left" without another job. There are a certain group of executives that a build career out job hopping, never really accomplishing anything of substance during their short stints, they work with a group of a recruiters looking for next job "up" almost from day one on the job. Xerox was clearly a miles bigger job than she ever had prior and I'm sure she promised the world to the executive team on her way in. There are a few others on the senior team that have very choppy prior work histories, excessive job changes, 6 – 24 month employment gaps or the "independent consultant" stints.
She was horrible at her job compared to her predecessors. But then again jv was a total douche to her during web casts.
Remember the time she kept asking what inning we were in for the turn around and jv wouldn’t answer. I’m pretty sure that goon doesn’t know how many innings are in a game. Then again, if your favorite book is good night moon, your breadth of knowledge is probably limited
Quit or sh:+ canned ?
The C Suite is a Rogue Gallery, a whose who of failed executives on their very last legs. If they’ve been hired at X they more than likely couldn't get hired anywhere else. It’s a pay day for these jokers. They don’t care about Xrx.
I will never understand the world of executives. She's hopped around from one big company to the next, likely raking in serious cash. But what has she really DONE? Meanwhile, the rest of us are putting in decades at places like Xerox and for what? Joke's on us, I guess.
"Quits"
Riiiight
What did Johnny pants say or do during the town hall to upset our fearless Brand VP?
She's in a better place now, has to be.
After the way Johnny Pants treated her on all the town hall or communication meetings she may not be too upset about leaving.
